General conditions of sale
1/ Scope of application
These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) apply to all sales made via the Atypique World website, between the seller Atypique World and the customer.
2/ Orders
The contractual information is presented in French and will be the subject of a confirmation containing this information at the time of validation of the order.
3/ Price
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs. Atypique World reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of registration of the orders.
4/ Payment
Payment is due immediately on the order date. You can pay by credit or debit card with our secure online payment partner Stripe, by PayPal, as well as in 4X without fees via PayPal between €35 and €2000.
5/ Delivery
Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, who must ensure its accuracy. Any package returned to the sender due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be reshipped at the customer's expense.
6/ Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the items and will then be fully reimbursed within 10 days of receipt of our return service for the product concerned by this withdrawal.
7/ Warranty and liability
Atypique World undertakes to provide products that comply with the legal provisions of conformity and defects in the thing sold. The products supplied by Atypique World benefit automatically and without additional payment, independently of the right of withdrawal, in accordance with the legal provisions, from the legal guarantee of conformity, the legal guarantee against hidden defects arising from a material, design or manufacturing defect affecting the products delivered.
8/ Personal data
Atypique World is committed to protecting the personal data of its customers. Information and data concerning the customer are necessary for order management and business relations.
9/ Applicable law - Disputes
This contract is subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will always be sought and favored before any legal action.
